ALL IN THE FAMILY GATHERINGS - CONNECTING WITH A PURPOSE!

Hosted by a local family business, these 'gatherings' are held periodically at their location. This is connecting with a purpose! A great opportunity to meet other area family-owned businesses, cultivate resources you can use, and build relationships in the community. These events are exclusive to family business owners and their employees. Please join us at our next Gathering:

    Ridgewood Winery
    DATE:
    Tuesday, October 20, 2015
    TIME: 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

When the Lewis family, and later the Dick family, built Ridgewood Farm in 1725 and 1811, they would never have dreamt that one day the creation of these buildings would result in a Nationally Registered Historic Site. Nor did they suspect such a superb piece of architecture would have resulted in such a fine place for a Winery, let alone still be standing nearly 300 years later. Join us and find out how owners William and Tracy Smith have transformed this delightful property and how they produce award-winning wines right here in Berks County!

GET IN THE CONVERSATION WITH FBA PEER GROUPS

Let's face it - family business owners face extraordinary challenges unique to running a family business. Facilitated by professionals in their field, the FBA Peer Discussion Group Program is a great way to gather with your peers, share common problems and experiences, and to learn how to deal with the unique situations facing your family business.

We allow only one participant per group from each industry segment in order to avoid competitive concerns. To promote camaraderie and trust, enrollment is designed for a designated individual (not meant for a company to send different people at different times). Enrollment in a group is limited to Chamber members. Peer groups meet a minimum of 8-10 times per year and the annual participation fee is $400.

Sign up by contacting Danielle Antos, 610.898.7780.
