    Job Description
    This dynamic position is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of all public training programs. The Training and development Coordinator is accountable for the execution of sales and marketing initiatives to grow public training programs and reports to the Vice President of Corporate Training and Events. Responsible for fostering positive instructor relations, entering all training programs into the registration database, managing the printing and quality of all training materials including PowerPoint presentations, handouts and support materials. Additionally, this position will coordinate the updating of the Training Tab on the GRCA’s website, update and maintain scheduling of training and events, print and distribute certificates and print, collect and summarize evaluations from all public training courses.
    Education Required College Degree in Business or Education preferred with 3-5 years of experience in a Professional Business environment (sales or training)
    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Competent writing and verbal skills. Detail oriented and organized. Must be a critical thinker and capable of initiating and completing complex projects. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must demonstrate proficiency in project management skills, closing sales and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    Essential Physical Functions Significant computer usage. Attendance at events may require long periods of standing and attendance at early morning functions or evening functions. Must have the ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
