You can take a ride back in time by reliving history at one of our many museums and historical sites.  Visit Daniel Boone Homestead, which was home to the great pioneer. The Reading Public Museum features world-class art, natural history exhibits and a planetarium. There’s an antique automobile museum, the Reading Railroad Heritage Museum and much more. Experience the thrill of our Mid-Atlantic Air Museum and their world famous WW II reenactment.

Leave your baggage behind and join the fun at one of our world famous festivals. The Kutztown Festival, a folk life festival celebrates our Pennsylvania “Dutch” German heritage. The Berks Jazz Fest is now the third largest in the nation.  Don’t forget about the Annual Bowers Chili Pepper Festival, the Hay Creek Apple Festival and the Fiddle Festival…each one a unique experience.
