Grants The Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry can act as a resource for coordinating financial assistance through state training grant programs. Industry Clusters Training in industry cluster companies is often funded through state grants. The state of Pennsylvania has identified nine industry clusters for workforce strategies. These industries are closely linked by common product markets, labor pools, similar technologies, supplier chains, and other economic ties.
