productivity by identifying concern areas.
Interviews typically measure areas such as
management, job satisfaction, workload distribution,
pay & benefits, training & development and

maintains a resume bank as a recruiting source for
member companies. Resumes are received from
individuals with various backgrounds and experience
in a variety of areas. Member companies have access
to this bank to learn about and contact potential
candidates for openings at their organizations.
