The Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry conducts exit interviews for member companies who want to gather information about the causes of turnover.  Former employees are more likely to share honest feedback with a third party than they are with an employee of the company.  Exit interviews can help improve employee retention and increase productivity by identifying concern areas.  Interviews typically measure areas such as management, job satisfaction, workload distribution, pay & benefits, training & development and communication.  We have the capability to conduct interviews in person, by phone, or via the internet.  We can use a template, or we can customize a questionnaire to meet your needs.

 


 

Resume Referral Service

 

Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce & Industry maintains a resume bank as a recruiting source for member companies.  Resumes are received from individuals with various backgrounds and experience in a variety of areas.  Member companies have access to this bank to learn about and contact potential candidates for openings at their organizations.  There is no charge for this service.
