The Chamber's supervisory certificate program is well known and respected by employers in our area. Some employers require this training for all of their supervisors. Our Certificate program is designed for supervisors/leaders who are newly promoted to the supervisory function and for more experienced leaders. The program requires completion of four core courses, one elective, and one relevant seminar. Your employees can expand their leadership skills and receive your Supervisor's Certificate in as little as 10 months!
